Sunny there is an HQ Yahoo group that you might find useful and interesting. I can't help otherwise as I don't know anyone who has a sitdown machine like that - we're very backward in the UK you know!
Hi Sunny, I've used an HQ Sweet 16 and it's a nice machine. If you are a serious longarm quilter you may want to consider an Innova that's what I have been using and am sold.
