NY is much more than just a city

Another day in the Finger Lakes area.  I’ll let the photos tell the story.

Farmers market in Seneca Falls. Yes, the strawberries were delicious!

Remember George Bailey and Clarence?  This is their bridge.  The water is so muddy from all the rain the last couple of days.

And if you’ve read Di’s blog, you know that we may have just visited a quilt shop along the way!  That’s as close as I’ve come to any stitching the past few days.  Back to reality tomorrow.

  6. I've just had the most wonderful trip through your pictures. Lots of water in those falls. And those seats, they look like they were made to punish people. Hahaha The sidewalk say PO - does that stand for "pooped out". You would have to be very pooped out to sit on them. Also - very cool to see the bridge from the movie - did you walk on it too?

  8. Hi Sunny--I just can't tell you in words how much your trip to see me and spend time here has meant to me!!
and I think it is so weird how we each take different pictures of the same things--
I got those funny park benches too-but did not see you taking one of them!!!
and you did get a really great shot of the beer sign--didn't think you could--thought there was too many trees in the way!!!
thanks again for coming to visit and for the road trip!!
think you should come again next month--as there is still some finger lakes that you have not explored!!!
    love, diandmissgracie
