At Last!

Last Friday night, I sewed down the binding on one of my small quilts.  I have two thimbles, and I tried each of them, but they didn't fit correctly, so I had a sore finger for about 3 days.  But alas - I have found the perfect thimble!  I am sewing away tonight, and hope to finish the binding on quilt #2 by tomorrow night!

  1. Interesting looking thimble. I've got quite a few and change around often. It's strange as sometimes they will fit properly and at other times they can be too tight or loose.

  2. I have never been able to use a thimble. I have tried several. This one does look interesting though.

  3. Sunny thank you for stopping by and visiting, and offer your help,it's very sweet of you, I think you had a nice trip and the goodies you got look really nice ,and you also got some books and patterns looks like, good luck and happy quilting.

  4. I forgot to mention that your thimble looks awsome I have never seen one like that.is it glass . I just have those old fashioned ones that are all metal the whole body ,that looks something new.

You comments mean a lot to me. Thanks for stopping by.
